While the WhatsApp app from the App Store or Google Play does not support integration with an ATS system, the special WhatsApp Business API subscription does allow it. Textkernel’s Candidate Engagement includes the WhatsApp Business API subscription.
Rather than counting per message, WhatsApp charges per conversation every 24 hours. The price for each 24-hour conversation with an unlimited number of messages varies per country.
Textkernel supports you with onboarding calls and workshops to integrate the WhatsApp Inbox and automations (Professional and Enterprise packages). From kick-off to launch, it takes an average of 3 weeks to set up the Essential package and 4-6 weeks for the Pro and Premium packages.
