Dr. Sarah Assinger – Senior Skill and Learning Managerin at o2 Telefónica

Dr. Sarah Assinger has been supporting the o2 Telefonica team since the beginning of 2023 in building a skill-based organization, with particular responsibility for the areas of skill and talent analytcs. Before her role at o2 Telefonica, she spent several years in the start-up and innovation sector, focusing on HRTech and EdTech, and also founded her own company in the field of digital education. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Münster and a Ph.D. from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

Stephan Menge – VP Sales Europe at Textkernel

Stephan Menge has been focusing on HR topics for more than 20 years, starting in the mid-nineties at a start-up for a digital applicant database. After a short excursion into IT, he returned to the topics of employee development and training as well as recruitment (RPO – Recruitment Process Outsourcing), followed by consulting in recruitment, leadership development and employee surveys. In 2020, he started at Textkernel as Sales Manager in the DACH region. Since 2021, he has also been responsible for all other European markets as VP Sales Europe.
